SET-UP Times For Oct. Swap Meet

If you are coming from either St.Louis or Kansas City you will take I-70 to Columbia. You will need to exit at the intersection of US 63 and I-70 (exit 128A). Go north on US 63 3 miles to the Oakland Gravel Road / Brown School Road exit. At the top of the ramp turn right, then right again into the fairgrounds main entrance.

We will start letting people setup at 9am on Feb. 16th. We will be at the fairgrounds from 9am Thursday morning until 8 pm. *****Please note that this is a Thursday ONLY setup******** NO EXCEPTIONS!

You must be here both days in order to have an inside space

BRING YOUR OWN TABLES! The fairgrounds no longer provides tables.

PLEASE NOTE: You will be given arm bands in your vendor packet when you check in. You will get (2) per 10X20 space, so if you have 2-10X20 spaces you will get a maximum of 4 arm bands. Everyone must have an arm band on their wrist to gain admission. If you need more arm bands they can be purchased for $4 each
